Keeping the critters out

The fence around my husband's garden is definitely not a permanent fixture.
There is the occasional deer print in the garden, but I think it works pretty good.

gorgeous flowers. we have to do this around our parts if we want a garden. & wish to protect it from the silly creatures in the woods.

curious. i just noticed the last photo all the way to the right on your header ... what is the metal coming out of the wood there below the mailbox photo? it is shaped like an upside down backwards "S"? it has me scratching my brain ... going huh, what is that? ha. ha!! (:

Love the zinnias. It's the first flower I remember from my childhood.

Such a pretty garden!

Zinnias are one of my favorite garden flowers. My uncle had to put an electronic fence around his garden because of the deer. They can wreck a garden pretty quickly.

Gorgeous Zinnias....love Zinnias. I really like the contrast in texture between the rusty wire fence and the colorful leaves of the flowers. Beautiful shot.

The zinnias are beautiful! We don't have a fence around the garden, although we should, but we do have chicken wire cages around just about everything. We have raccoon, rabbit, and deer enjoying our veggies.

A fence maybe necessary to protect against the deer, but the garden's beauty shines through anyway--especially in your photos. My cousin who lives in suburbs Ohio was just bemoaning the deer in her garden. Do you think they are looking for water as well as food?
