Abandoned foundry

Abandoned U. S. Pipe / foundry along Interstate 24
Chattanooga, Tennessee, U. S. A.

I've always wanted to get photos of this abandoned property.
Finally, I wasn't driving and remembered to get the camera ready as we whizzed by on the interstate.
I would love to get in there and explore.

Homestead

A favorite from 2010
On "the Lexington Road" in Lauderdale County, Alabama
The last time I went by, the barn had fallen.

Shakes

Somewhere in extreme southern middle Tennessee.
I had to include one with the sweet little dog who enjoyed our visit and wanted to have his picture taken in front of his building.

Tractor art

Hwy 72
Brownsboro, Alabama, U. S. A.

My apologies for not returning your kind comments.  It is my turn to have multiple sick people to tend to at the same time.  Posting a photo takes a minute, but browsing and commenting takes more time than I have, so I am not able to keep it up right now.  Thank you  for understanding!

Turner General Store

The Turner General Store looks to be on someone's residential property between Attalla and Fort Payne, Alabama, U. S. A.

Upside down and backwards

Yes, the sign on the front is upside down and also backwards.
But, I think it says "Andrew Weden Gen. Mds."
Somewhere between Attalla and Fort Payne, Alabama, U. S. A.

Rescued from rubbish

. . .  or maybe this old Jeep has been in use its whole life.
Either way, it's cool.

Tough love

My pansies looked sad to be thrown out to make way for new summer plants.

Abandoned, but still useful, not by trains, but by photography enthusiasts.
