Taken from my back porch with a Tamron 18-270mm at 270.
He is a common sight in my little town.
The jet engine is a common sound.
One year he fertilized the farmer's corn on my mother's property which surrounds my house.
I didn't like it so close to home, but the neighbor across the street called the cops, then showed up at my house himself with a gun in the car.
Needless to say, that farmer hasn't had corn here since I forbade crop dusting on the property.
I wonder if my neighbor complained this time.

Awesome shots. B
your lens and YOU did a fantastic job of capturing the plane. never thought about crop dusting and the people who live under it.
Great shots! Where there are neighbors, there will be drama I guess.
Great pictures you show :)
Fantastic photography ~ you live in a wonderful place ~~ thanks, ^_^ (A Creative Harbor)
Great shots...guess there is good n bad sides to crop dusting!
oh-oh! nice shots!!
Great shots. It's fun to watch those crop dusters. Since I live in town they don't get too close to me.
Hey - I joined the party finally. hahaha. Those pictures of yellow are hard to do. GREAT JOB - really!
Great shots of the plane and the line of corn!
Your neighbor doesn't seem very friendly. :)
Great shots... I don't think I'd want to have pesticides sprayed over my house either...
great photos, espec. your header pics......the crop duster is only doing his job, but the 'neighbor' is a turd...
I haven't seen our cropduster friend yet this year -- it's always a treat to see their acrobatics!
I don't think they do a lot of crop dusting around here. The farmer behind me sprays stuff on his crops with a tractor thing (technical term there) and that is dusty enough for me. I've been looking at that Tamron lens. Do you recommend it? I'm looking for one that gets me closer than the 50mm and 28-70mm ones that I use for stuff around the house.
Ha..I thought at first it was a small remote plane. I am you newest follower, please come by when you can. Enjoy the fields of green.
Great photos, Amy! The bright yellow against the blue sky makes for fantastic colors! I don't recall the last time I saw a crop duster.
