Better men than I

They just walked right up to the edge.

And peered over.  Multiple times.

Even looked up and away without flinching.

Were they as smart as they thought?

Yes, I did go to the edge, but crawled down there on my behind and sat the whole time.

The crawling and sitting part? That would be me too! At least you did it - you deserve a pat on the back!

Beautiful views! I would love to visit the Grand Canyon, but I would go nowhere near the edge! I really don't like heights.

Were they making you nervous? I was nervous just looking at the photos! I hate heights, especially when there's lots of rocks around. Ouch. Beautiful vistas though!!

Okay, I got frantic just looking at those photos! Great photos, but I couldn't handle anyone getting so close to the edge. Brings back horrid memories of mountain roads.

Awesome shots! That really gives a great perspective on how deep the canyon is! I'm sure it looked much deeper in person, too.

I'm with you. I would be crawling and sitting, that is if I could even manage to get that close to the edge! My brother did the same thing when we were visiting the grand canyon. I almost had a heart attack!

Unfortunately, several death each year are attributed to people falling into the canyon. I guess it's just those male hormones that make guys bigger risk-takers than we girls!

You have already heard my story about my visit to the canyon. So my hat is off to you. No way could I get even close.

PS What a handsome guy is your dear husband.
