it looks pretty but i guess that means no one is to go up those steps. i really like the steps a lot.

The sign says welcome but the cute decorations block any entry. It's sort of a non sequitur! Perhaps they have a back door!

What Kathy said! I was thinking the exact same thing. I guess there's really no home behind those steps. We see a lot of old plantation ruins like that around here. The decorations are adorable, though!
