Beautiful photograph, although it is sad to see such pretty old places go to wrack and ruin....but on the other hand it looks very spooky as the long fingers of the tree reach out to claim it!

The ghost better move out soon before the trees wreck the place.

This is an instant favorite! Wow. I wonder what it looked like in its prime. Beautifully done in b&w.

This is great! I'd love to be there at night....well, maybe not, maybe at dusk!

What a gorgeous old home. Don't you wonder about the families that once lived there?? I wish someone would save it.

Whenever I see old, abandoned houses like this I wonder what it looked like in the beginning and if the families were happy that lived there. This house looks sad to me, hope the families weren't!

Hi Amy, Thanks for leaving a comment on my blog. Please feel free to email me if you have any questions, maybe I can help in some way. I love old houses and my life's dream is to buy one and restore it. I did say 'dream' didn't I? :) Sue

I love this photo. It's sad to see what was once a sweet old home fall into disrepair. Just look at that dear porch with the pretty brackets. It must be well built to hold up that huge tree limb!
