The sky on Monday

Monday was a day of awesome clouds.

It rained early, then turned into this before lunch.

My husband played golf and I tagged along.  We started out with jackets, but since we walked instead of getting a cart we got too warm pretty soon.  He was down to short sleeves about the fourth hole.

We do not have much color yet.  Small bits here and there.

During the afternoon, it turned into this dark scene, but no rain.
The forecast for tonight is high 30s or low 40s.
That is below our normal for October, but fall is supposed to be nippy!
I like it.

your dark scene photo is missing in action. the sky is so beautiful and that view on the golf course, i could just hang out even though i don't play. maybe i and my rebel could be a caddy lady? the skies here have been magnificent the past few days

Beautiful day to be on the golf course for tee shots and photo shots! You'll have to go again when there is more fall color. Love the tree stump and the lake photos.

So happy you had such a lovely day to be outside. What gorgeous photos. It is much cooler here, also.

Gorgeous pictures, Amy. We don't have much color here yet either...

How is hubby? Please email me an update. I have missed so many blog posts--so I may have missed something.

Cold here this week... We've had a fire in the fireplace all week... LOVE it.
Hugs,
Betsy

Even those small bits of color are amazing. And I can see in the distance, more is on the way! What a beautiful place for photography. Well photographed!
