i am now wondering just how they judge that corn, it all looks the same to me and how do they judge canned stuff? do they open and taste? i can see how they would judge the things on the table, but in a jar? humm. i am judging your photo of the ends of the corn, and you get a blue ribbon for the photo. love it.
I wonder how they judge canned goods. My daughters have handmade Raggedy Ann/Andy, I think I'll get 'em out and look at them, you can make them! You are making me hungry for a corndog, Sonic might be my only option at this point :\!
It looks like you have a wonderful county fair. I'm going to miss ours next week because I'll be on my way to Arizona for a visit with my daughter and grandson. I am always amazed that there are people out there who still take the time to can vegetables and put up jams, jellies, pickles, and the like. Like Sandra, I think your picture of the ends of the corn is fantastic. A wonderful perspective.
Mmmmm...I love corn dogs! You sure like your mustard. :) Raggedy Ann was one of my first dolls! Loved her. Loved all your photos of all the colorful, fresh vegetables.

Fun seeing the entries at the fair. I haven't been to a fair in years. I love that old wagon.

What a show! So much effort has gone into everything. Lovely photographs.
What fun and I love your photos. Suddenly I want a corn dog with lots of mustard!
These are great...what fun! Would you believe, I've never had a corn dog?! I need one NOW!
A little corndog with your mustard==LOL The grandson of the people I used to work for used mustard like most people use catchup.
All that aside, I love every single one of these photos...yep, even the corndog is an excellent shot.
