Sometimes they refuse to cooperate.
And many thanks to everyone for helping me in identifying birds. Beyond the colorful birds common to this area, I am not up to speed. If the bird is only brown and/or gray (which is not immediately recognizable to me) I am at a loss. Yes, you could say that they all look the same to me. I am learning to look at their beaks as well as coloring. Please don't give up on me!

Thanks for the laugh this morning- I needed it. I find it hard for birds to cooperate too- especially the smaller ones...I am just a slow tracker with my camera.

Haha...definitely not the normal view. I am with you on if they are brown...though definitely trying to learn. Thank goodness for fellow bloggers that know their stuff and/or have books to help identify.
