Oh, it has been so long since I have seen this many deer...been missing them at the strip pits. But this is better than any I have ever captured.
Yes, this is a very familiar sight. We have a herd that lives in our development as well as over the hill to the next. I've counted up to 20 of them before. This year the herd doesn't seem as big - or they have decided to spread it out better.

I know I already commented once but this picture amazes me. A shot like this is very rare. "Ok, everybody look at the camera!"
