Whatever catches my eye
definitely letting their bones show... :)
Man it's lived a hard life! Tom The Backroads Traveller
I sure wouldn't walk inside! It really has some good bones, though. I would love some of the wood!
Grand old beauties! I so wish we could know how old the barns are that we post.
Ah, now that IS a sad barn!
The stories they could tell us.
I'm afraid a big wind will take the first two down about any time! I love the rustic look of the last one. Thanks, Amy, for hosting!

if the big bad wolf comes around he could huff and puff and blow these barns down.. they are still beautiful though.
The second one in particular is beginning to look like a skeleton. Great old barns!
Sad to see the disrepair they have fallen into ...I do think you photographed them at a good time - when no leaves are on the trees dressing them up, either. All is bare bones.
Amy, very nice! The middle one looks like a good sneeze would bring it down!
My favourites Amy. These old barns have seen so much and could tell the most amazing stories.
We see many tumble-down barns too. Seems like a waste.
On their last legs. Still beautiful..
Sadly these look like a little attention won't help these. They make for great photos though! I especially like the second photo.
These look like several barns in my area (including my own) - beyond the attention phase!
I was going to say- that first one looked like it was going to blow away in a good wind! I see so many of these and I keep hoping I will find a pretty one to post here. I think I am going to have to wait until we go on vacation!
