Took the camera out under a dark cloud the other night as there was no breeze to take some photos of the wildflowers in the uncut field. Little did I know there was a tornado warning. Soon there was blowing rain and high winds. ( I did go inside before that happened. ) Luckily, we had no damage. Unfortunately, there were power outages and some damage for others in our county and neighboring counties.

Glad there was no damage in your area. Your photos made me see beautiful details of this flower. Great job.
So pretty. Reminds me of the miles and miles of wild Queen Anne's I would enjoy when driving in Oregon.

Beautiful. Queen Anne's Lace does not grow up here, as far as I know, but I think they have it in the southern part of the state (WI). Good thing you know when to get out of the rain, Amy! ;-)
really beautiful! glad you escaped any damage!
Wow! Amazing photos.
Stunning shots, Amy! I love the delicacy you captured of Queen Anne's Lace and the colors too.
The weather has been unsettled lately. We are happy for the nice rains and keep our fingers crossed any damaging hail or winds pass us by.
Queen Anne would be more than proud, she would be giving a delicate whoop, whoop! Glad you and your camera made it back in one piece.
Thanks for visiting and commenting on my blog, I am honoured.

WoW, Amy! These are stunning photos of Queen Anne's Lace.
Such an intricate plant- so delicate. We are waiting on yet another storm here- I'm pretty tired of being scared to death by the weather people.
These are beautiful, Amy.
Glad you dodged the bullet on the storm.
