Things are a-buzzin'






Another pot of flowers that made it through single digit temps here in north Alabama.





Someone doesn't understand why he can't be outside.





And it could look like these last two were gawking at one another, but they were taken on different days.
The Cardinal shot is not in focus and normally would not make the cut, but . . .

Love the look on the Cardinals face! Also the pretty branches in the first photo. Nothing like that around here yet.

Ooo, nice kitty kitty! And is that a redbud? I've admired them ever since I first saw one at the south end of Confederate Drive at Gettysburg Battlefield. They were in full bloom and just gorgeous. And then I found out that we can't raise them in our zone. wah.

Great cardinal shot! I have had a house finch hanging on my window screen every morning as he and his mate build a nest outside my window. Birds are really characters and fun to watch. Your cardinal is quite the ham. LOL
