we have this happen every day here, and sometimes it is a 10 minute stop, sometimes 2 or 3. sometimes it moves the whole time and takes 10 minutes. it is the Tropicana Fruit train... great shot

I hate when that happens! Haha. But I'm glad the train stopped in front of you because it made for a gorgeous shot! The clouds are perfect for the scene and I love the photo in black and white. Great job!

Hate it when it stops just shy of being off the road! Hopefully the wait wasn't too long.
My favorite place to get a shot of Lookout Mtn. is from Crest Rd. (Missionary Ridge) as it goes over I-24. Park at the bottom of the overpass and walk up on the sidewalk.
BTW, do you ever get over to Tullahoma? Lived there a few years and wouldn't mind seeing it again on your blog.
