Oh, these are great photos...would never have thought to take a picture of beets. And I love their color!Hope the sick people are recovering...and DON'T worry about replying to this.
These are beautiful and colourful photos Amy. They make my mouth water. We planted our first garden ever this year and beets are in it. The deer have discovered the peas and beans already and I hear they like beet greens too! Blessings, Pam

had to eat too many as a kid and will not touch them now. :)
like tex, we had a lot of these when i was a kid. can't recall eating them as an adult...beautiful colors!
